Before founding Jen’s Signature Journeys, I worked in both IT and Corporate Travel Sales, where I learned the art of quality customer service. After my long corporate career, I’m thrilled to be able to spend my days bringing more joy into my clients’ lives through custom-crafted travel experiences.
Those credit card travel programs, those online booking engines, those reps on the other end of that 1-800 number—they don’t care about you. I do. I know that the difference between a run-of-the-mill vacation—one you could’ve just planned yourself—and a “pinch-me-this-is-amazing!” travel experience is an invested professional who listens to your needs, translates that into an inventive itinerary, and goes to bat for you every step of the way.
